Are you an experienced Production Manager ready to take ownership of a busy accident repair centre?
This is a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations, driving performance, and ensuring high-quality repairs while leading and developing a skilled workshop team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing daily bodyshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Leading, motivating, and developing workshop staff
- Ensuring repairs meet manufacturer and insurer standards
- Monitoring workflow, KPIs, and turnaround times
- Maintaining excellent customer service and site compliance
What you’ll need:
- Experience managing an accident repair centre or production team
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Solid understanding of bodyshop processes and repair standards
- Ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment
