Job: Bodyshop Manager – Daventry
Salary: £50–55K 
OTE: £80–90K

We’re looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead a busy, well-established site in Daventry. This role is perfect for someone who can drive performance, maintain high repair standards, and motivate a strong team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing daily bodyshop operations and workflow
• Leading the team to achieve quality, efficiency, and productivity targets
• Managing customer and work provider relationships
• Ensuring estimates, compliance, and documentation are completed correctly
• Driving continuous improvements across the site
• ‍

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager (or Assistant Manager ready to step up)
• Strong knowledge of bodyshop processes and estimating
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
• Confident communicator, customer-focused, quality-driven.
