Job: Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
Salary: Up to £40,755 (depending on hours, qualifications & licence)
Location: Swindon.

We’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join a knowledgeable, supportive team at a well-established main dealer. With multiple manufacturer franchises, the site offers everything from servicing and MOTs to vehicle health checks and genuine manufacturer parts, all within a state-of-the-art workshop.

Salary breakdown example below:

• (NVQ Level 3) 40 Hours: £30,000 45 hours: £35,650
• (EV Certified) 40 Hours: £32,250 45 hours: £38,295
• (MOT Licence) 40 Hours £34,320 45 hours: £40,755

What you’ll need:

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (essential)
• MOT Licence (desirable)
• EV qualification (desirable)
• Manufacturer training/approval (advantageous)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar
